I’m not a big fan of the popular animated show Family Guy. However, I did find this parody of life inside of a Washington Post editorial cartoon funny. Especially what Stewie sees walking their way:

“Here comes an overweight cat with dollar signs for eyes and a hat that says ‘social security’ pouring a bucket that says ‘alternative minimum tax’ over a sad Statue of Liberty holding a ‘democracy’ umbrella.”

And although it’s poking fun at all cartoons and not his specifically, no comment yet from Tom Toles, the Pulitzer Prize-winning cartoonist at The Post.
