After busting Ohio State for trading trinkets for tattoos, the NCAA has decided it should have a look at possible pedophile perversion at Penn State. A team of ex FBI agents, led by former director Louis Freeh, will determine if there was a loss of “institutional control”. In other words why didn’t anyone stop it.
