Hey some of the cartoons are funny but sorry I am a Rush fan, mostly
because he tells the truth about what is going on in politics that no
one else (like the liberal media) will tell. When are we going to see
some cartoons of the slickmiester (clinton)? I mean with all the
screwups of his cabinet members, the white water mess that he's trying to
buy his way out of and even the fact that he doesn't know what the
constitution of this country says, there is a wealth of laughs on that
side of the fence. don't you think? fair is fair

Dave
OK, Dave, here's one. I get lots of mail when I draw conservatives. No mail when I draw liberals --I don't like everybody.

It's interesting. We conservatives are the ones usually branded
"mean-spirited." So what does a self-appointed liberal humorist have to
offer? Insults about Rush Limbaugh's weight and slurs against "rural
conservatives" (read "hicks.")

Well, I must admit, these comics crack me up!
Even though, I am one of your enemies in the
right wing, I find the sence of humor expressed
in this page, appropriate, and not at all
demonizing of Rash, I mean Rush Limbaugh.
I would also appriciate if you would post some
cartoons featuring Bubba, I mean Bill Clinton,
as there is a wealth of material on him that is
equally, if not more, humerous than the original
contents of this page. 'Humorless Dittohead #Q'

I think your cartoons are not creative. You must have taken a whole 5 seconds to come
up with what you have posted. Think again buddy, you've got a way to go to offend us

I have to admit that your humor escapes me. Rush is not as fat as you
depict. He does not keep spouting Feminazi as you seem to want to repeat.
You seem to have a fixation on that subject. Also, why is it that liberals
are against the death penality but in favor of abortion? Furthermore, I
believe at last count RUSH has lost 100 pounds of weight so his brain to body
mass ratio is getting much larger.

Your cartoons stink. I like the term "rural conservative" it seems
that you don't want to use the word 'hick'. You think that anyone
who disagrees with you are a bunch of neo-nazi idiots who can't think
for themselves. I am a free thinker. And I think that your cartoons
stink.

Daryl,
I really love your stuff! I have been reading some of the letters you
posted, and I have noticed that some of your respondants have used a
line that I really like. It goes, "I'm not a dittohead, but I agree
with a lot of what Rush says." I liken this to, "I'm not a bigot, but I
wouldn't want my daughter to marry (fill in ethnic group or social class
of choice)." Don't ask me why, I just do. I really like your Rush
Limbaugh cartoons. It would appear that some people, however, do not
feel that turnabout is fair play. Guess what? it is! Keep up the
great work!!!
P.S. By the way, do you have something against William Shatner? I
mean, I'm no Trekkie, but I do like Star Trek.... :)

HI! I am one of those right-wing, mass-produced-cheap-pastry eating, bacon
loving, not-so-crazy-about-wrestling (I think it might be fake), conservative,
ditto heads you asked to respond to your cartoons. I thought they were good.
You are a very talented cartoonist. I am assuming you are syndicated because
of the caliber of work, although I have not seen your work previously.

I tend to believe that Rush would enjoy your work because you do have a sense
of humor. He has been begging liberals to get a sense of humor. Another
reason I believe he would enjoy your cartoons is because he is an entertainer
and should appreciate the work of a fellow entertainer. Although I would add
that your medium (as his commentary) lends itself to serious subject matter,
and has a spattering of negativism - so does he. Tit-for-tat.

Well ! This is longer than I anticipated. Forgive me if it becomes
burdensome because of the length. That was not my intent. (No malice-you
know).

What's really scary is that many of Rush admirers take his satirical and
comedic presentation as reality and react to it as such. Get a life.

Today "truth" does NOT exist, everything is gray. Your so-called
"True! Fact cartoons ..." are simply your own narrow-minded opinions,
so why don't you just state it as it is. Your distorted facts...it's
truly laughable.

"Truly Laughable" sounds good.

Subject: Great stuff!

Daryl,
Cool comics, nice web site, funny jokes. It's all personal taste, of
course, but I really like the humor of just laying out what's really out there.
Rush really gives you a wealth of material.
OK. Here's a little suggestion. I know you artists resist suggestions, but
I'll give it to you anyway:
Follow the suggestion on your "Rush BB" to do stuff on Idaho's own
Helen Chenoweth. She's even funnier than Rush. AND she's an elected
official. Her hair is the graphic thing to key in on. It's awesome.
Keep up the good work!

I agree with most of what Rush says. What's wrong with the truth? Can't
handle it? I guess you need a little common sense to understand him. You
apparently do have any.

"do have any"? Note that I don't correct spelling on this bulletin board

Subject: Comparing Rush and Flipper is wrong

I'm deeply offended by your comparison of Rush Limbaugh and Flipper.
Dolphins are one of the most intelligent animals on earth. In fact,
Dolphins have a larger vocabulary than any known human language.

Rush, however, is one of the least intelligent animals on earth and has
a one-word vocabulary: Liberal.

Please be more careful about associating Rush's intelligence with that
of smarter animals.

Sir,
You are a good artist. I thought you liberals thought animals were the smartest beings on
earth and that man was a lower life. How could you compare any mortal to a porpoise?
Will the wonders of liberal thought never cease? At least be consistant in your
convictions. My convictions are, socilaists are a pleague on the earth and must be caged.

Scott Cummings

Are you calling me a "pleague" or a "socilaist"?
