Things just might have gotten worse for Todd “Legitimate Rape” Akin (R). Just days after many GOP leaders did and about-face to support Akin in his U.S. Senate race against current Sen. Claire McCaskill (D), a new video has been unearthed from C-Span that is even more ridiculous than comments Akin made about the body being about to “shut down” a pregnancy that’s the result of a rape.

Speaking on the floor of the House back in January of 2008, Akin calls abortion providers “terrorists” and claims they perform abortions on women who aren’t even pregnant. Yes, you read that right. Here’s the video:
