Frank Springer Passes Away at 79

I was saddened to read that my friend, cartoonist Frank Springer, died last week of prostate cancer.  He was 79. Frank was a great guy; he will be missed.  He worked on just about every super hero you can think of from the 1960's through the 1980's, he even looked like a super hero himself.  Read Frank's obituary in Newsday.
