EU Decision

Rachel Gold is a charming, perennially 30 year old editorial cartoonist from Israel, who emigrated to Vienna and has drawn for Austrian newspapers for many years. Rachel is a fictional character, and is a nom de plume of Austrian cartoonist Markus Szykowitz, who also draws under his own name in a different style.
