Syndicated cartoonist and American Association of Editorial Cartoonists' president Ted Rall has released his latest animated political cartoon called "Behind the Rubric: The Bushies." The animation is done by David Essman, a student at The School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Essman's movies have been screened at various film festivals across the country.
"I've watched this new animation many times, and it still makes me laugh," Rall said on his blog.
